Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) – The tried, tested, and true nausea remedy that is completely safe for pregnant women. Best served in a tea (in my opinion).

Drink up.

Herbs for Nausea and Vomiting?

Make a tea using one or all three of these herbs:

Ginger, Peppermint, & German Chamomile.

Cautions: ginger can aggravate heartburn and increase the power of anticoagulant drugs. Peppermint and chamomile can also aggravate gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
